  •  Online Store: Open 24/7 Mondays to Fridays
  •  Customer Service Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 9 am – 6 pm

Q. What are your delivery hours?

  • Mondays To Fridays, 9 am – 5 pm
  • No Deliveries on weekends and public holidays
  • Self-Pickup is available from mondays to fridays, 9 am – 12 pm or 3 pm to 5 pm (except weekends and public holidays). Please contact us in advance before your arrival to ensure your order is ready.
  • Self-Pickups not available during the mco/pkp period due to legal restrictions.

 

Q. Do you provide free delivery?

  •  Free delivery is offered when RM 500 or more is spent in one order.
  •  We may also offer free deliveries for orders below RM 500 from time to time, pending on current promotions. Do check our website for more information.

 

Q. Are the images on the product on your website the exact match of the bottle i will receive? 

  •  While we try at best to have the most accurate images of our products on the website, sometime the design may change pending on various factors. If you wish to make sure of the exact types/variants we have, do contact us on and we shall send you the current photo from our warehouse.

 

Q. How do i make a payment?

  •  We accept online bank transfers, debit card and credit card payments. We use secured and reputed 3rd party payment platforms to ensure your personal data is safe. Also, there's a transaction limit set by the bank. Should your order value exceeds the limit, do contact our customer service for further assistance.

 

Q. How do i check my order status?

  •  If you have not received your parcel within the delivery time frame and we have not contacted you, please send us an email at e-store@eujeenbev.com.my or call us directly for an update on your order status.

 

Q. What if my order is damaged or lost in delivery?

  • We advise you to check your products thoroughly before acknowledging the receipt of delivery. Should you find bottles that are broken or missing, do not accept the delivery. Detail the damage or loss on the delivery order chit and send the bottles back. You should then call to inform us and we will arrange for a replacement upon verifying your claims.

 

Q. Are payments made on your site secured?

  • Payments on the site go through trusted companies/banks. These gateways are highly reliable and are secured, allowing you to make online purchases with ease. In addition, any information we receive regarding payment is not stored and cannot be disclosed to other parties.


Q. How to change my account personal information and shipping address?

  • Log-in your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and Shipping address here.

 

Q. I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?

  1. Click on “Lost Password?” and fill your email that used to register the account in the box.
  2. Click Submit.
  3. A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.

 

Q. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?
Yes,  only if the order is still on pending status.

- Please send an email to our customers service email at e-store@eujeenbev.com.my with the message title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order.

- Orders that are in shipping or shipped will not be cancel.
 

Q. What is the product's transaction currency?
All products transaction currency will be done in MYR (Ringgit Malaysia).
