The Gibson Edition is a collaboration with world-renowned bartender Marian Beke from the Gibson Bar in London. The Gibson Edition was inspired - like Marian's bar - by the classic cocktail Gibson Martini. The Edition is a unique savory style of Gin, using the 5 original Copperhead Classic botanicals and an additional 13 carefully selected spices traditionally used in pickling including mace, pepper, cassia, bay leaf, ginger, allspice, fennel, and dill seeds. A touch of eight -year -old Genever is finally added to complete the smooth and complex taste.
The Gibson Edition can be used for a pickled twist to cocktails and combined with premium tonic water to create a unique G&T with your favorite pickle as a garnish.
